One-On-One Personal Training

The science of teaching a client how to use their body correctly and efficiently in every action they might execute. This can include, but not limited to, weight training and cardiovascular exercise. For best results, personal training is accomplished in individual sessions to ensure focus is placed on one client at a time.

$65 per hour session

$60 an hour, 10 sessions for $600
$55 an hour, 20 sessions for $1,100
     

Gym "Buddy" Sessions

Sessions take place twice a week at a local club both instructor and client are members. You will be guided through a large range of gym equipment, while being instructed on how to use them properly and effectively. These sessions cater to those who are unfamiliar with how to use gym equipment, as well as those who are looking to move past machine based training to more advanced free weight exercises.

$35 per hour session

$30 an hour, 10 sessions for $300
$25 an hour, 20 sessions for $500
 
     
 

Plyometric Training

Specific exercises are implemented to improve speed, explosiveness, strength, footwork, hand coordination and stamina to enhance athletic performance for a particular sport.

$75 per hour session
$70 an hour, 10 sessions for $700
$65 an hour, 20 sessions for $1,300

 

     

Group Sessions

These group exercise classes are innovative and cutting edge.  Designed to challenge your body to improve level of fitness, renew motivation to achieve goals, and yield positive results. From aerobics/cardiovascular training to strength/resistance training to boxing and much more.  For all fitness levels.

$50 per hour session for 2 people
$42 per hour session for 3 people
$32 per hour session for 4 & up people
     
 
   




 

Aquatic Sessions
(your home or mine)

Exercising in the pool! Using water as a way to get in shape is both effective and fun. No longer associated only with seniors, aquatic fitness allows us to work our bodies hard, yet stay cool and comfortable.  Burns Calories; Provides Full Body Conditioning; Easy on the Joints; Alleviates Back Pain and Strengthens Core.

$20 per hour session:  Group session (minimum 4 people)
$50 per hour session:  Individual session
