Theresa is a self-described "people
person." She pursued her personal training certification with the
desire and goal of helping people improve their health, fitness and
overall lives.
As an athlete in her teens she
learned the fundamentals of strength training, exercise, and
nutrition in order to assist herself and others to achieve not only
their short term, but their lifetime goals.
Theresa has been involved in
fitness and physical activities for over 10 years. Her clients
achieve their goals for a strong, fit body with consistent and
reasonable fitness plans. Besides her standard PT clients, she
currently works with special populous (i.e., people with
disabilities - Multiple Sclerosis (MS) and Parkinson disease (PD));
works in connection with Burlington County Tennis Association to
assist junior and high school athletic students to improve their
speed and agility; and is a PT Certification/Workshop instructor for
W.I.T.S.
Her greatest satisfaction comes
from watching her clients improve their fitness level, but more
importantly, their quality of life. |
